Our Story
Patterson Place is more than a building — it’s a landmark reborn. Once home to Patterson’s Camera Shop, honored with the Texas Treasure Business Award (2024), it now stands as a symbol of Texarkana’s downtown revival. We are dedicated to preserving this history while creating new opportunities for local businesses and visitors.
